I grew up in Queens, turned entrepreneur early, and never really stopped. Recruiting found me, and it turned out to be the work I was meant for: understanding what people actually want, and why the right person says yes to the right vision.
Most of my career has been in tech search — with forays into retail, hospitality, government relations, and other one-offs. Startups to the enterprise, retained work at the senior level, and stints in corporate TA and contract recruiting in between. Some of it made the trade press. Highlights below.
Today I run DR&C from Dallas. The practice rests on a single conviction: great people aren’t hard to find anymore. The hard part — the part worth paying for — is understanding why they’d bring their best to you.
